Welcome to R+Guardians, a distinguished service from R+Dogs. We truly appreciate your trust in our expertise. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Membership & Services

  • Subscription Basis: R+Guardians operates on a monthly subscription model. Your subscription will be renewed automatically unless you decide to cancel it.
  • Service Scope: Your subscription grants you access to R+Guardians’ consultation, tools, materials, and other resources as described on our website.
  • Consultation Fee: There is an initial consultation fee to access the service, unless specific offers/promotions waive this fee.
  • Trial Period: New members are entitled to a month-long free trial. If you decide to cancel your subscription during the trial period, your access to R+Guardians stops immediately, and you forfeit the remainder of your trial.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions will continue until the end of the current monthly billing cycle from the date of cancellation. The service will terminate at the end of that cycle.
  • In cases where a subscription is canceled within the trial period, services cease immediately from the date and time of cancellation.

Language of Consultation

  • All meetings, appointments, and consultations are currently conducted in the English language. While we are actively looking to bring multi-lingual experts on board in the future, we cannot guarantee services in languages other than English at this time.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, tools, materials, videos, graphics, and other resources provided by R+Dogs remain its sole property. Reproduction, redistribution, or any unauthorized use of these materials without express consent is strictly prohibited.

Data & Privacy

  • We value your privacy and have put measures in place to protect your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on www.rplusdogs.com for a comprehensive understanding of how we handle your data.

Changes to Terms

  • R+Dogs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any given time. We will strive to notify our members of significant changes, but it's also the responsibility of the member to review these terms periodically.

  • Our advice and consultations are based on scientific knowledge, research, and our professional experience. However, every dog and situation is unique. We cannot guarantee specific results. It's essential for the Dog guardian (you the subscriber) to exercise judgment in applying our advice.
